Information about Proxy Voting
Shareholders are invited to attend the Annual Meeting and vote in person. You may complete and file a proxy online at the Corporation’s secure electronic voting (e-voting) website: www.farwestvote.com.
Filing a proxy online will have the same effect as returning a signed and dated paper proxy to the Inspector of Election. Instructions for e-voting are on the website and the enclosed proxy form.
You may also complete and file a proxy directly with the Inspector by no later than 5:00 P.M. AKDT on October 1st, 2026, by:
